How long is the coaching program?

The programme will be designed to your specific needs and availability. There are 13 sessions that can be taken either weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The programme covers a lot of information, the sessions are designed for the participants to build and sustain new habits over time.

What qualifications do the coaches have?

Donna, our coach, has 34 years’ experience as a holistic practitioner, is a qualified Functional Medicine Health Coach, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, is a member of the UK and International Health Coach Association, a registered Naturopathy Practitioner and has spent the last 2 years coaching the Diabetes Prevention Programme for NHS patients.

What does a typical coaching session look like?
